Black Screen or show “No Signal”

Please use the cables included to connect monitor, the USB-A to USB-C is only for power supply, not video output. Check if the monitor and your device have turn ON already. Please plug in wall charger connect the corresponding Type-C port for power supply first, then connect USB-C to USB-C cable to another Type-C port or HDIMI cable to Mini HDMI port for video output. Not all the Type-C port on device support both charging and display simultaneous, please confirm first. If it only support charging, please connect the HDMI cable for video output.

Monitor keeps flashing

Insufficient power supply. Please connect wall charger for power supply and make sure the supply voltage and current is sufficient. Loose connection. Please unplug the cable and replug in.

My Android phone has type-c port, but connect with this monitor still doesn’t work

The phone can not provide enough power supply for the monitor, please connect with external power supply. Please check whether the Type-C port on your phone has video output function, or only charging. Restart the monitor and try again.
