WHAT IS LIQUIDGLASS? HOW DOES IT WORK?

In Simple Terms:

The glass that we use in our every day life, is mainly made of silicon dioxide (SiO2). ProofTech LIQUIDGLASS is also mainly made of SiO2 that is in liquid form. It covers the screen with an additional layer of glass similar to a tempered glass.

ProofTech LIQUIDGLASS is not a tempered glass or a film. It is a cutting-edge, super durable, completely transparent liquid wipe-on screen protector that bonds to the glass of your device offering greatly enhanced scratch, moisture, and impact resistance. The unique formula creates an invisible protective coating that increases the devices screen to 9H hardness.

At microscopic level, a glass is not as smooth as it seems. It’s imperfect with gaps and pores. This porous surface creates points of weakness when exposed to sharp objects or impacts. ProofTech LIQUIDGLASS fills in the microscopic pores and coats the surface with an additional layer, resulting in stronger and more scratch resistant surface.

APPLICATION

CLEAN THE SCREEN

Clean all glass surfaces thoroughly with the wet wipe supplied.

APPLY THE LIQUID GLASS

Open the vial’s cap and drip a few drops onto the center of the device bu tapping to the end of the bottle. Use the dry wipe supplied to firmly rub the liquid to the glass, first with full strokes from top to bottom, followed by a circular motion.

ALOW IT TO DRY

Allow the glass surface to cure for at least 10 minutes. Use the microfiber towel supplied in a circular motion to buff out and remove any excess residue from the glass surface.

No, it would not cause any damages to the device.

WILL MY SCREEN BE SCRATCH-PROOF OR SHATTER-PROOF?

No. While ProofTech Liquid Glass improves scratch resistance and glass strength, it does not claim to make the screen 100% scratch-proof or shatter-proof. Currently such a glass or a solution does not exist although ProofTech is continuously working on improving our products and creating the ultimate protection.
