How we got our start The Anchor gym was forged out of necessity & survival. Finding a fitness system that could anchor all gym accessories was impossible. Rather than settle for less, we decided to invent one! To avoid over torqueing and breaking a bolt, drill a 3/16” diameter pilot hole, 2.5” deep for soft/medium wood, or a 13/64” hole for harder wood (you can “jiggle” your 3/16” bit if you don’t have this slightly larger bit)
