What should I know before buying this monitor?

1, Phones without full-featured Type-C port need an adapter to connect.

2, Laptops without full-featured Type-C port need connected via HDMI & USB C to USB A cable.

3, Not suppot bluetooth, wireless and WIFI connection. No battery. Not touchscreen.

Why does it show “no signal”?

Please connect the monitor with your device (like laptop, PC, Switch etc.) via [USB C to USB C cable] or [MINI HDMI to HDMI cable] & [USB C to USB A cable] for usage.

Can’t get 2k when connected to my Xbox series X/S?

It needs to be set manually, and the operation steps are as follows:

Settings > General > TV & Display Options > Video Fidelity & Overscan > Display, select HDMI, then return to the previous interface, and you can select 2K in the display.
