The Bike+ also features an Auto-Resistance knob that automatically adjusts resistance to follow the instructors’ cues. With on-screen metrics, track your progress. Plus, Bike+ is compatible with Apple Watch or any Android watch device running Wear OS 3 or higher, to monitor your heart rate and close your rings. See your workout history, milestone achievements, streaks, and badges you’ve earned. A Peloton All-Access Membership must be purchased separately to access Peloton classes on your Bike+. You’ll pay one monthly fee for your entire household, which includes access to our entire library of classes, plus exclusive content like scenic rides and Peloton Lanebreak. The Peloton App is also included in your All-Access Membership, so you can take classes at home, the gym, or on-the-go via your phone, tablet, TV, or web browser.
